1. Office of the Managing Director / CEO

The MD/CEO provides overall leadership, sets strategic direction, and oversees the entire operations of the company. This office drives innovation, partnerships, and long-term corporate goals.

2. Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The COO ensures smooth day-to-day operations across all departments. This unit supervises project execution, operational planning, and resource allocation.

3. Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Department

Led by the COO Health/Safety, this department ensures all activities meet global safety and environmental compliance standards.
Key responsibilities:

  • Safety audits
  • Environmental protection
  • Staff safety training
  • Risk management

4. Technical Operations (TO) Department

Responsible for all technical and field-related functions.
This department manages:

  • Equipment performance

  • Machinery deployment

  • On-site technical supervision

  • Operational quality assurance

5. Human Resources (HR) Department

The HR department handles staff recruitment, training, welfare, performance management, and organizational development.
They ensure the company is staffed with skilled, disciplined, and motivated personnel.

6. Finance & Accounts Department

Led by the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this department manages the company’s financial health.

    This department closely supervises Site Managers, Machine Operators, and Gang Heads

9. Site Management Unit

  • Machine Operators

  • Gang Heads

  • Security Supervisors

  • HSE teams

10. Machine Operators Unit

This unit manages operations of dredgers, trucks, marine equipment, and heavy-duty machinery.
Responsibilities:

  • Equipment handling

  • Routine checks

  • Safe operation

  • Equipment maintenance support

11. Gang Heads / Field Supervisors

Gang Heads lead field teams and ensure that practical tasks such as dredging, clearing, and construction activities are executed efficiently.
Key functions:

  • Team coordination
  • Task supervision
  • Reporting progress to Site Manager
  • Maintaining field discipline and safety compliance
